Lafuma products are subject to uncompromising tests in our trial lab and either comply with European standard EN81 or are TUV and GS* approved (aluminium products). *Geprutte Sicherheit (German Testing Organisation)	The guarantee Lafuma back their products with a comprehensive 2 year guarantee. The guarantee covers all materials and workmanship.

Standard goods ordered may be returned for full refund of cost (excluding carriage) if returned to us new and unused with their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Items which we do not stock regularly will constitute a Special Order and as such may not be returned. We shall notify you prior to accepting your order if goods constitute a Special Order to allow you the opportunity to reconsider and cancel if you wish. Once we have confirmed our acceptance of a Special Order it may not be cancelled and you will be liable for payment of the purchase price in full.

Goods returned under warranty must be returned CLEAN otherwise your claim cannot be considered.
